COVENANT: The Gilded Guild & The Knowledge Hoard
By crossing the threshold of Gilding Your Visions (the “Site”), you are entering into a formal architectural covenant. These Terms of Build govern your use of our infrastructure, acquisitions from our Vault, and conduct within our Salon.
01. Architectural Rank & Eligibility
To “Sign the Ledger” or acquire assets from the Vault, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal Structural Capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using this site, you represent that all identity data provided is high-resolution and accurate.
02. Acquisitions & Digital Hardware (The Vault)
When you acquire a blueprint, dashboard, or anchor from The Vault, you are purchasing a Single-User Architectural License.
- Permitted Use: You may install and use the hardware for your personal “Life Build.”
- Prohibited Redistribution: You may not share, resell, or redistribute our digital blueprints to other parties. Attempting to “leak” the Hoard is a breach of the covenant and will result in a permanent loss of rank.
- Final Calibration: Due to the digital nature of our assets, all acquisitions are considered Final Calibrations. No refunds will be issued once the hardware has been downloaded and added to your private hoard.
03. The Guild Covenant (Membership)
Members of The Gilded Guild (Master Architects) agree to a recurring Capital Allocation (subscription fee) of $27/month or $77/quarter.
- Billing Velocity: Your account will be charged automatically at the start of each cycle.
- Deconstruction (Cancellation): You may command a cancellation of your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Access to the Guild Hall and Master Logic Flows will remain active until the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
04. Intellectual Property (The Blueprints)
All content, including but not limited to text, Art Nouveau graphics, Google Sheet formulas, and “Womanfesting” methodologies, are the protected intellectual property of the Vision Architect. You are granted access to the Knowledge Hoard, not ownership of the source code.
05. Salon Conduct (Community Rules)
In our Garden Salon and live workshops, we maintain a culture of High-Velocity Alignment.
- Signal Clarity: Harassment, “vibe-killing” negativity, or disruptive Signal Noise will not be tolerated.
- Rank Revocation: The Vision Architect reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to the site or Guild Hall if their conduct threatens the Structural Integrity of the community. In the event this occurs, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle and the user will not be charged for any billing cycle following Revocation.
06. The “Math” Disclaimer (Liability)
While our systems are designed to move you toward Pixel-Perfect Clarity, manifestation is an individual build.
- No Guarantees: Gilding Your Visions provides the infrastructure; you are responsible for the construction. We do not guarantee specific financial returns or life outcomes.
- Professional Counsel: Our spreadsheets (e.g., Tax-Bite Ledgers) are for Virtual Simulation only. They do not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed Analyst or CFO for your specific build.
07. Termination of Build
We reserve the right to modify or conclude the operation of this site at any time. In the event of a permanent “Site Deconstruction,” Master Architects will be notified via The Gilded Ledger. All billing will cease upon dissemination of this notice.
